There is no replacement for displacment.People tend to believe scooters are "safer" which is clearly not the case. Scooters can easily reach 60 mph and people tend not to wear full gears when riding scooters which can end up really badly. liter bikes tend to have better suspension better brakes and better tires which is clearly safer than shabby low end bikes not to mention the instant pull at a twist of the wrist that can save you from any hazardous situation.
