255);"><strong>（四）执法粗暴方面的问题。</strong></span><strong>重点整治重处罚、轻教育、轻纠错、轻服务，以罚代管、一罚了之，不听辩解、不问缘由，“碰瓷式”执法，对待群众“冷横硬推”、侵犯群众合法权益甚至暴力执法等问题。</strong><br/><br/></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span
