蓝c走内环下，查车概率大不大

如题，蓝c从共和新路开到杨浦大桥下，走内环下，被查车的概率大不大？

不会，只会人工抓拍，概率不大，而且闵行进徐汇的黄c闯禁牌子都被摘掉了！比如老沪闵路这边就是，以前的禁令标志都被摘了
