摩托天天骑，菜也天天做
这两周多，一直都是在家里下厨做了吃，自己动手丰衣足食干净清爽…只有三天夜里是在外面吃的夜宵…
随便发个这几天自己在家里做的增肌夜宵，练完肌肉要补充蛋白质，一人份吃的量，单身独居菜不隔顿更不隔夜随做随吃一顿吃完…
伐晓得个几只家常菜烧了色香味能伐能入各位摩友鹅法眼…

沙发么自己坐坐… 蛋黄大肉粽么是从老娘家里拿回来热热吃的… 糖醋小排，醋溜鱼片，宫保鸡丁，麻婆豆腐，炸猪排搭上海泰康黄辣酱油，苔条麻花，冲杯清咖切切，就是不吃米饭（家里几百年都不买大米，我怕长胖几乎不吃主食类碳水化合物）… 厨艺了得 飞律普 发表于 2021-12-04 07:18
