首先看到MJP前叉套件的内容物，内含阻尼棒x2、可调整顶盖x2、铜垫片x2、钢垫圈x4。另付有两罐前叉油，内管的部分如果不会自行修改。可以跟厂商询问用对换的方式来处理单向阀的部分。

第一步先将车辆上的前叉全部分解与清洁。

如果前叉已经有使用过一定的里程，则会建议将油封都做更新。

持续将前叉做分解。

MJP前叉套件，弹簧部分是建议使用原厂弹簧。如车主本身体重较重，或是有其他需求则可以跟店家讨论选用改装弹簧。

内管底部单向阀部分，要将底层倒角修掉。

修掉后将内部单向阀拿出。

拿出单向阀后的前叉内管。

安装前叉套件前，先看到套件本体组合后的样式。

阻尼棒上方使用23号开口扳手固定。

阻尼棒下方固定使用原车上的螺丝锁上，并使用新的铜垫片。另外螺丝上则是建议使用螺丝胶。

上方固定好后，使用扭力版手锁紧。扭力值为18N-m(180kgf-cm)

阻尼棒锁好后，请先放入钢制垫片一片。接着放入修改过后的原厂内管。

并且将原厂的油封等配件安装好。

固定用扣环也要安装妥当。

最后再将油封安装好。

接着进行到阻尼油添加的步骤。
MJP提供2.5W番号前叉油，一罐是160cc。

将前叉油慢慢倒入内管中。

为了方便轴心抽动排出空气，可以装上顶盖较好抽取。
反覆抽动之下，会感觉到轴心做动逐渐滑顺。

接着就可将前叉弹簧放入，并准备将顶盖与轴心结合。

如果没有油压台的辅助，轴心处可以用9mm开口扳手将弹簧固定在轴心螺帽下方。

如有油压台的情况下，可自行固定弹簧位置。安装上可以较为便利。

安装前，请先将顶盖上的调整机构都往逆时针方向归零。

外侧六角控制弹簧预载。

中心内六角则是控制拉伸阻尼开度。

安装时要注意到顶盖与弹簧之间，还要多放一片钢制垫片。顶盖与轴心结合时需要确实用手锁到底，不然弹簧长度会不一样会影响到总长下方使用11mm开口扳手，将轴心上的固定螺帽往上锁紧。

使用19mm套筒在上方固定顶盖。

下方使用11mm开口扳手固定轴心。上方顶盖使用19mm套筒锁紧，扭力值18N-m(180kgf-cm)。

将弹簧放开后就可完成阻尼棒本体组装。

完成阻尼棒本体组装后，使用27mm套筒将顶盖与内管先锁紧。

与三角台结合后，使用30N-m(310kgf-cm)扭力值锁紧顶盖。

锁紧后就可准备将轮胎装上，进而设定预载与拉伸阻尼。
